Good Morning Lovelies. I’m so thankful for the love of God in my life. May your day be filled with much love and many blessings. Father, how is my love connection to You? Forgive me for not talking to You regularly. Yes, I talk to You but, not as I feel that I should. Sometimes I feel as though I am not getting through. Lord, on those days please reassure me that I am. I also ask that You forgive me on those days that I think that I am not. Help me to ensure that I am not just praying out of duty because it has replaced my desire to pray. Continue keeping my desire to pray stronger than my will to pray. Help to keep my quiet time with You from feeling dull, routine, and boring. Help me to pray more consistently Father. I pray that I keep your people encouraged enough that they pray along with me and for me so that I continue to give them what You have given to me. Help me to not be distracted when I pray. May my prayers help others. Help me to stay connected to the true power source-You God!! In the Mighty Matchless Name of Jesus. Amen!
Our lives take interesting paths sometimes. Thankfully, we have very few differences in our lives from the lives of the people who lived while Jesus was here on Earth. Life seems to catch us at a crossroads quite often. Things come up. Situations happen. Life seems to take us by surprise. Partly because we don’t watch and pray as we should. God’s immediate intervention in the lives of those who’ve gone before us leads to how God can and does intervene in our lives now.
Don’t focus on all that has gone on in your past. Jesus’ forgiving power is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His power to sanctify and cleanse you of all sinfulness, immediately, is the same today as it was yesterday and when Jesus walked amongst us. He isn’t concerned about where you’ve been, but rather where you are going!
We, as God’s people, must quit believing the trick of the Devil. Satan, over the last 2000+ years, has been deceiving mankind with the ultimate deception. The deception that he has been feeding man is that with God, things take time, but with him, you can have it immediately. Not according to my Bible! The Scripture is very clear that when Jesus forgives sins, a life is changed immediately. The Bible is clear that when Jesus heals; Jesus heals immediately. The Bible says “Behold,” which means see this, “ALL THINGS ARE NEW.” That means every part of your life. Every habit that was, is no longer. Every sin is no more. Every unyielding piece of your life is now surrendered. Every excuse not to commit is passed away. Behold “ALL THINGS ARE NEW.”
If you are in Christ, you are a new creature! Are you going to stumble, yes! Are you going to sin willfully? No! But nevertheless, we are all yet sinners who have been saved by grace, and by Jesus’ death on the cross, we’re all forgiven immediately! We should immediately realize that what we do is more important than what we say. God uses the example of the most dangerous sinner we can think of to show that His grace covers all our sins. If you feel like a failure today because of poor choices and sinful actions, guess what? You qualify for the kingdom! If you’ve been going the wrong way for a long time it’s not too late to repent today! Immediately! God is a God of second chances and even though you didn’t start out with a love for Him, He will gladly accept your love now. Immediately!
I love the grace that drips from Ezekiel 18:21 if a wicked person turns away from all the sins they have committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, that person will surely live; they will not die. None of the offenses they have committed will be remembered against them. Because of the righteous things they have done, they will live. Do I take pleasure in the death of the wicked? Declares the Sovereign Lord. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?” God loves to change sinners into saints. He immediately loves them He does not hesitate to show them His love.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17
As always peace and blessings, be safe. Love life, give people hope, and share your heart, wisdom, and resources. Never place a period where God says there should be a comma. Take advantage of your opportunities but never allow your opportunities to take advantage of you. Remember God loves you and so do I. krw©10.27.2020
