“As It Is In Heaven”

November 18, 2020

Good morning Lovelies. God continues to give us another chance every time He blesses us to open our eyes on a brand new day. Let us not be wasteful of this new time given. Lord, I ask for forgiveness for my lack of encouraging your people daily. Father, all I can do is come to You again asking for Your forgiveness and a new breath and excitement, discipline, my cup running over with words to encourage your people. Thank You for Your precious word. Help me to remember that You are my portion. You fill my cup. You are in control and know the plan for my life. In the Mighty Matchless Name of Jesus. Amen!

Have you ever gotten discouraged in your prayer life? Well, to become discouraged you have to have one-a prayer life. But it seems like your prayers aren’t being answered and you decide to just stop praying because it’s not working? Well, the problem is not prayer, because prayer is important. The problem is that we are not understanding fully the method of prayer.

We should not just pray because we are saved or because we feel we are supposed to, but we should pray to get the Will of God manifested here on earth. We should want what God wants here on earth His will is done in heaven, but we need it manifested here on earth. When Jesus came and died for our sins, our sins became powerless over us, and death, hell, and the grave all lost power! That power was transferred back to us and now we have it. But, in order for it to establish, we must learn to call it down here on earth.

Understand this, as God is doing, we must do. God is in heaven, we are on earth, in order for what God has done in heaven to be manifested here on earth, He needs US! Am I saying that God can’t do it alone? Absolutely not!!! But He wants us to pray and to seek Him. His word tells us that “we have not because we ask not.”

Did you know that God depends upon our prayers to get His will accomplished here on earth? That’s right! He depends upon us to speak what He has already done so He can get the glory here on earth. We have dominion over the earth and we are rulers over the earth. So, it’s our job to rule the earth as He rules heaven. And when He wants something done here on earth, He uses His rulers of the earth to get it accomplished.

That’s what prayer is all about! He wants us praying His Will and causing it to manifest here on earth. In heaven there is no sickness, so we must pray God’s Will for healing here on earth because He has already done it in heaven! In heaven, there is peace, so we must pray God’s Will for peace in our situations. So that the peace of heaven will be manifested in our domain, earth!

We must understand that our prayers should not be us begging for stuff to happen, but they should be for us to call the Will of the Father here on earth. Jesus said that He could do nothing on His own, but He does what the Father has done. What has the Father in heaven done? Created peace, joy, life eternal, riches, power, love, worship, praise, in heaven! (And the list could go on) Jesus was saying that we should command those same things that are in heaven here on earth! We should pray, “Our Father which are in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” It Works!!!!

“Then Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He seeth the Father do; for whatsoever things He doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.” John 5:19

“You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet, you do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.” James 4:2-3

“This, then, is how you should pray: Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:9-10

Live life give people hope, share your heart, wisdom, and resources. Never place a period where God says there should be a comma.

As always peace and blessings, be safe. Take advantage of your opportunities but never allow your opportunities to take advantage of you. Remember God loves you and so do I. ©krw 11.17.20
